WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?
Measure your wrist for exact sizing using a tape measure, and select the most appropriate size. A guide is below for sizes to wrist size. Our bracelets are made using elastic cord and so there is some flexibility. All the sizes are made to a just-right fit, if you prefer a slightly looser fit, please select the size above.

DOES SEVASOUL DELIVER GLOBALLY?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- Within Hong Kong: Between 1-2 working days
- By FedEx or other courier services: Between 2-5 working days (Depends on destination)
- By International registered airmail (via Hong Kong Post): Between 3-16 working days
Delivery period may vary in occasional cases due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.
AM I LIABLE FOR ANY EXTRA DUTIES & TAXES?
Shipping cost is exclusive of all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country where your order is being shipped to. You will be liable for the said charges at the point of delivery, or after delivery. Unfortunately, these charges will be neither get reimbursed nor refunded by Sevasoul. For any queries or for detailed information related to import duties, customs and taxes; please contact the local custom office.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DIFFERENT PRODUCT?
We make optimum efforts to ensure that all times delivered are of the best quality. However, if you receive a damaged or different item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and reviewing your concern would be our highest priority! You can return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase to get a brand new replacement.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Please make sure to return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt. If it exceeds more than 14 days, unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you any exchange or returns. We recommend a registered airmail to return your items and keeping a record of the tracking details. To be eligible for exchange or return, kindly make sure that your order is in the original condition in which you received it i.e. without any signs of wear & tear on the product. Please note we are unable to be liable for any loss in transit.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Procedure to return the item is very simple! You just need to email us on email@example.com. We will allot a Returns Authorisation (RA) code for you. We recommend using a registered air mail to return your items and keeping a record of the tracking details. Please note we are unable to be liable for any loss in transit.
WHO IS LIABLE FOR THE RETURNS COST?
Customer will be liable for the cost of returning the product. If Sevasoul is at fault, we will be responsible for the cost of returning the product as per the Returns Authorisation.
WHICH CURRENCIES DOES SEVASOUL ACCEPT?
At checkout, Sevasoul accepts Hong Kong dollar only. Other currencies are for reference.

Is it possible to Pay C.O.D Cash On delivery?
Sorry, we don’t accept Cash On delivery currently.
